Sometimes your recipients will be using email clients which don't open images by default. In this case, mailcastr server can't identify the event.

No. Mailcastr tracks the emails that are sent only by clicking Mailcastr sent button seen in your compose window.

No. as we are not an email client, we can't track individually. But whoever it opens, mailcastr will count the event.
